Motivated to improve and save lives by preventing substance abuse through education and supporting individuals in treatment and recovery.

Our community adopts healthy lifestyles free from substance abuse.

 

Coalition Information

Fourth Thursday of every month from 10am to 11:30am. Location varies.

Increase community resources, knowledge and prevention strategies around substance use for Ozaukee and Washington County.

1. By 2025, reduce youth substance use by 10%.

2. By 2025, decrease stigma and raise awareness of substance use.

3. By 2025, continue to raise awareness around harm reduction approaches for substance use.

Time Commitment: Attend at least 70% of all meetings.

Projects: This work is derived from coalition members breaking off into subgroups to create actionable items from the CHIP report.

Expertise: You are the expert in the field. We want to hear your ideas and how we can work together.

Open-Minded: These are sensitive topics. We all have different thoughts, opinions, and viewpoints. Please be respectful of other members and the people we are serving.

Communication: Open communication is key to a successful coalition.
