Services

Animal Bites and Rabies

Although animal bites are not officially notifiable by state statute, they carry a risk of infection with various disease agents. Contact your healthcare provider regarding possible need for treatment. The biting animal should also be captured if it is safe to do so because of the possibility of rabies virus transmission.

Beach Water Testing

We monitor the level of E.coli in the water at local beaches at a frequency determined by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. For more information, click HERE.
