Bicycle Benefits
Bicycle Benefits is a program which encourages citizens to bike more regularly to more places. The businesses community rewards biking to their businesses through an incentive/reward which is awarded to patrons who show up on bike and show their Bike Benefits helmet sticker. In return, businesses are listed on the nationwide Bicycle Benefits website and increase bike traffic, increase customer loyalty amongst bike riding customers and instantly become a bike-friendly establishment.

Cycling Without Age
In May 2018, a new Cycling Without Age chapter will be launched out of the Samaritan Health Center, a nursing home in West Bend. Cycling Without Age is an international non-profit organization that coordinates bike rides for the elderly or less-mobile people in the population. This is done through the use of a rickshaw, a three-wheeled bike with a passenger cart in front so that one bicyclist can escort 1-2 people around town. Volunteer “pilots” from the community can offer to bike Samaritan residents around West Bend to local shops, parks, and attractions.
